From transaction to overview

The tools for your
everyday business.

Record the details once, then bring sales, settlements and outstanding balances into focus.

01 / SALES

Sales & purchase invoices

Create invoices with multiple item lines, quantities, prices and tax. View saved invoice details and print or save them as PDF.

02 / CASH FLOW

Receipts & supplier payments

Record money received from customers and payments to suppliers. Allocate settlements to invoices or opening balances.

03 / MASTER DATA

Customers, suppliers & items

Maintain customer and supplier records alongside an item catalogue with default prices, costs and tax rates.

04 / MANAGEMENT

MIS dashboard

Review sales, receipts, receivables, cash and monthly trends. See inventory value, low-stock items and out-of-stock counts alongside business performance.

05 / REPORTING

Receivables aging & statements

Split receivables into Not due, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90 and over-90-day buckets with amounts and invoice counts. Open a bucket to review its invoices. Opening balances and credits appear separately.

06 / ACCESS

Separate company workspaces

Keep records in company-specific workspaces. Only Corenexion manages user access, role changes, subscriptions and capacity. User provisioning and role changes stay under Corenexion control. Company Admins manage business records; Operator and Viewer roles provide more limited access.

07 / INVENTORY

Stock position & ledger

Track opening stock, purchases, sales, adjustments and available quantities in one stock location per company. Open an item’s ledger for every movement and its running quantity and value.

08 / COSTING

Weighted average stock cost

Linked purchases add quantity and net stock value. Linked sales reduce stock and use the moving weighted average cost. Sales exceeding available stock are blocked; service items do not move stock.

09 / CONTROL

Opening stock & adjustments

Classify master items as Stock or Service, confirm a dated physical opening quantity and cost, and set reorder levels. Company Admins can record stock corrections with a reference and reason. Company exports include inventory records.

Stock and outstanding balances

Know what you have.
Know what is due.

Two connected views for trading teams: the items available to sell, and the customer balances waiting to be collected.

Inventory in action

Every movement has a reference.

Purchases and sales update stock when saved. Review the item ledger to see how the balance changed, with stock-out costs calculated from the moving weighted average.

Before you get started

A few useful answers.

Can I use it on a mobile phone?

Yes. Sign in through a desktop or mobile browser with an internet connection.

Can I manage more than one company?

Yes. Corenexion can create separate company workspaces and assign users to the relevant companies.

How does stock update?

After inventory setup, select a configured stock item on a purchase or sales invoice. Saving a purchase increases stock; saving a sale reduces it and records the system-calculated average cost. Manual lines and service items do not affect inventory.

Can I start with existing stock?

Yes. Confirm a physical opening quantity and unit cost for each stock item. This snapshot includes the effect of earlier invoices; historical invoices are not automatically counted again. New movements follow the item’s latest stock date.

What does the inventory module cover?

One stock location per company, stock position, running ledgers, opening stock, adjustments, valuation and reorder alerts. Warehouses, transfers and formal sales/purchase return invoices are outside the current inventory module.

How is receivables aging calculated?

Aging uses invoice due dates and unpaid amounts through the selected As of date, including older unpaid invoices outside the report start date. Receipts reduce invoice balances. Opening balances without due dates and unallocated credits are shown separately.

Does my laptop need to stay on?

No. The application and database are hosted online. Access is independent of your laptop.

How do subscriptions and user access work?

Corenexion manages each company’s subscription, record limits and users. User creation, role editing and access revocation remain with Corenexion, even when a company user has the Admin role.

How can I get pricing or a demonstration?

Request a demo and tell us about your companies, users and expected transaction volume. We’ll discuss a suitable setup and pricing with you.
